What are your thoughts on Wind deflectors?

I'm tempted to buy a 2 peice for my coupe for $60.00 and was just wondering what everyone though about them,
Would you put one on your car?

My car is not a daily driver and I use it for a cruise-in and show type of car so I would not put them on my car. If it is a daily driver, then I think that they are not a bad idea and are very practical. They don't look too bad either. I have seen several GPs in my area with them and I never thought they looked bad.

I have them on my white coupe and I like them. To me, it blends in with the moldings and tint, so they aren't very noticeable.

oh vent shades, you used the wrong wording there, had no idea wtf you were talking about. yeah i have a set on my regal, and have had a set on every truck and car i've owned for the last 20 years.

best part is you can have the windows open a few inches in the rain with out the window switches getting wet or anything else for that matter.

Some vehicles can pull them off better than others. If you plan on actually using them, then it's worth it. Otherwise, just pass on it.

just a small warning, they do make the A pillar wider and you do lose a bit of sight. like at intersections, (red light stop) i some times will not see the corner across the street where people may be walking from. depends on your seat and angle most of the time but it fattens up the A pillar a few inches.

Ive always liked the window ones. The sunroof ones however are ugly imo

Yeah I wouldn't get the sunroof ones baha, mostly because I don't have a sunroof :)

and scotty, thanks for letting me know, im shur it will turn out great, payday is in 2 days so ima have it done soon hopefully XD
I want my car to be noticed by people.. But I don't wanna rice it out you knoww?

They're not rice, they're just ugly. I had them on my first GP (back in 97) and the only reason I wanted them was so I could crack the window on a rainy day so my friends could smoke. Now when I see them I think "They're a smoker"

I have had them on almost all my cars even though I don't smoke.. I will put some on the gtp for 2 reasons. #1. they work good for cracking the window when it rains. Plus my window seal leaks a little. #2. the fact they are black means they will look good on my car. Kinda like roof rails for my windows. :-)
