Ever since i got my new gto i knew i had to do this before i took parts off my gt lol. I had to pick up my car from the shop today, i let my g/f drive the gt. I decided to do a roll race on the highway, we started from 50mph, i in the gto (in sig) left it in 3rd appoximatly 3,500 rpm, i let her get the hit in my gt (mods in sig, nothing demoded yet) she goes i take off and slowly start pulling consistantly, id say by 120 i had 2 cars on my gt. Sorry camera was dead guys.

more like 3,700lbs and mine has a whole lotta un nessesary metal removed.

gt is full weight, minus spare tire, at the track i weighed in at 3,500 or something around that

gt ran a 13.7 @ 102 on a hot summer day

gto ran a 12.2 @ over 110 on a hot summer day
 
there's no doubt that the GTOs can be fast. had a buddy with an 04 who slapped on the magnacharger kit and with a lot of seat time and a tuner turned 430ish whp and mid 11s all day. it was a blast to ride in.
 




sweet jesus. arguing over this? i have a gtp with a pulley and i get smoked by my buddy's 04 gto. so i have reservations that a na gp would run a goat. not impossible but unlikely
