Im getting the recall done! Yeah!

Just got off the phone with the local Pontiac dealer. My car hasn't had the recall done. They are also going to look at the car and tell me where my leak is.

Stay tuned for pictures, as I am going to the dealer right now. They said it should take about an hour and a half.

Well, this is good and bad in my eyes. The recall only replaces front valve cover gasket. On my car, this was leaking. But my oil pan gasket and LIM gaskets were also leaking. So they needed changed as well. But the recall doesn't cover these commonly leaking items.

And if work that some places do for cars that come in on recall is pretty questionable.

Ok... As I thought the recall has been performed 3 days before it was announced by GM as a recall. They did look at the car though. Im making a new post to tell eveyrone what they said.
