steering wheel control interface

Hi I am looking to buy a new deck for my car to get my sound system sounding a lot better. I still want to keep my wheel controls.

Do most touchscreen decks have this option? What can I do about this?

yes you match the adapter to the make year and model of the car

There is actually a fairly new one out that is universal and all the car audio installers are swearing by it. Let me see if I can find it again.

I actually looked into this but its not compatible with my deck because I guess you need a plug in the back that some dont have.

What brand of deck do you have? I think almost all of those adapters require that the deck be steering wheel ready.

pioneer p5700 dvd...apparently there is an optional wireless remote that works with it which is why a different adapter may work...but not the axxess one. I emailed crutchfield directly and asked them.
