04+ Brow Tint/ Windshield

I went to get my brow tinted on my 08 today and they said it wouldnt probably look the best bc of all those dots at the top. Has anyone had there brow tinted before? I know the back window has some dots, so I know exactly what they mean about it not looking the best. Just wondering if anyone had gotten theirs done.
 


...and? the tint still goes right over it.

OR, do a black vinyl on the outside of the window. it's not that hard.
 


I just checked my windshield and the black dots are not on the surface like the back window. Looks like it might be between layers of glass. However, I'm pretty sure I have a replacement windshield.
