The regal would have pulled away easily if the camera man wasn't in there. I figured it would pull away anyway. Both cars are pretty quick.
 
so, heads + pump gas = stock heads and race gas.

i think that his comment has a lot to do with it. e85 makes pump gas cars look like a dumb idea.

pfft I wish they had e85 down here, I'd be running that SC belt right off the hub without a pulley. I haven't seen many setups with IC + Meth. How good is that? I wouldn't mind adding meth to my setup for when I go to the track if I can drop it to a 2.8.

You guys just love to hate on the TVS... I went up against an xp cammed GTX with modified intense stage 2 heads, a full size IC, METH, and a fresh tune just off the dyno... In my heavier Regal with a cam only L32 and a ****ing smaller supercharger. Moral of the story on GPF, E85 > pump gas. Let's overlook the fact that the other car had a full size intercooler, heads, and meth.

TVS + e85 - stock exhaust = GenV + Meth + Modded IS2 heads + Fullsize IC + lighter car + full exhaust

But it wasn't worth the $1000 I spent on it.

I'm not sure your car will like that... in the winter you would be seeing boost levels of like 20+psi. Not good on the m90 as the heat it generates and power it takes to drive goes up exponentially with higher boost. You're not a dummy... that car runs great. You will benefit from going to e85 and ditching Meth, but you won't benefit nearly as much had you never had meth and then go e85.

You also need to check your fuel pressure!!!
 
yeah, whatever. without you running e85 your TVS wouldn't have made up that much ground. run some pump gas and do this race again and see how much the fuel is actually gaining you. note: it's a lot.

Or I could swap a GenV back on and get SMOKED.
I'd bet that his car off the meth vs my car on 93 would be VERY close.
