Trying to get a better grasp on tuning for WB 11.1-11.3

So right now im tuning with 89octane, prolly not the smartest thing to do but im giving it a try and thus far its going fairly well. I got AL103 with the electrode arm cut in half and gapped to like 0.040. I just swapped out my washer fluid nozzle from the M2, which looked broken when I took it out, to a larger M5. the PCM’s afr is at 10.5 and I only have gotten on the throttle as much as 80-85% throttle. Barely any blips of KR but I did go a bit more and I usually get 1-2* of KR while commanding 18-20* of timing on the 3.1” pulley. My PLX-SMR WB is showing between 10.1-10.5. and my NB o2s are ~955-970.
Im tuning via PT and I have the AE enrichment table above 85-100% at 132%, stock’s at 128%. I want to be able to dial in at ~11.1-11.3 KR-free. I do have 42.5# injectors, so I can add fuel whenever, its just when I try to dial in at 11.1-11.3 while the pcm’s also at 11.3 I get KR and need to lower timing to 15*. Any higher and I get knock if I add timing. Any suggestions to adjust in the PT? im also tuning fuel on the fly with the AFC2.2 so I don’t have to retune the 7250+ MAF table quite often. I can e-mail a copy of my bin if anyone’s curious and willing to help :o:p
Thanks in advance

quite the oposite actually, its rather rich. remember that at diela nd cruise u want to stay stoich at 14.7:1, and in PE mode u want to go richer to prevent detonation and possible engine failure so u want to go lower to be richer.

As far as the o2's they do look rather rich. Not to sure since you have the alky setup but it seems like PE o2's should be in the 920-930's. Maybe lower. Now with my setup my PE 02's should be anywhere in the 890's to 920's. BUT since it is around 103 in GA you can bet there in the 920's right now.

What percentage of Alky are you running right now?

This is the man to talk to concerning alky and other variouse things. He is the only one that i know personally that has a good amount of experience with alky and tuning.

basic -20*F washer fluid which has IIRC 30/70 methyl/water distribution. i already swapped out the M2 to the M5 and set the devils' own controller to ~10.75. the number scale on their controllers is off by one, meaning if it says 5psi its really 4psi and since the max i saw the other day was ~9.7psi(seems kinda low with a 3.1" and current mods) i set it at 10.75.

If you really wanna get things going...run your alcohol mix up to around 70%. You can get straight methanol in air line antifreeze, and then distill water.

Running a high amount of water mix on these engines kills KR, but it also slows the combustion. Which in turn makes your O2's look pig ass rich. Once you start running a higher concentration of meth, you won't be able to turn it up enough....she'll really scream then.

I'm not sure what HEET has in it, but maybe.
Air line Antifreeze is what the over the road trucks use in their air systems to prevent them from freezing. You can get it at truck stops, or truck parts stores that deals with those. I buy a gallon of Distilled Water from wal mart, and then mix it myself so that I know the mixture.

I've found out that the more potent you make it, the bigger the nozzle you will need. When I get the chance I'm gonna have to move up to the M7 nozzle to feed my beast.

my car has an 11.8 afr and im making 255hp to the wheels, im going to be running meth in a couple of weeks to get closer to 300 to the wheels.

Currently running the M5, and it's enough with a 50/50 mix....but stepping it up to the 70/30 mix it starts to pull a little too lean on my 3.0.

yea HEET seems to do the same thing, prevent the gas line from freezing with the water in the gas during the winter. on their site it says it contains methanol and other chemicals but IIRC on the 'other' forum, others use HEET in their gas tanks, so i feel fairly confident i can dump it into a gallon of washer fluid and see how it performs, otherwise i can use to mix with distilled water and get a 70/30 methanol/water mixture. anyways what is the proper mix between a gallon of water to xx amount of Air line Antifreeze?
