gxp vs gtp-which one?

im looking to buy either a gxp or a gtp. ive been doing research through this forum and other sites, but just wanted to see what people have to say. im gonna use the car mostly commuting to class and work, but I want something fun to drive and that I can really make my own. Sorry if this is a repost or a topic thats been beat to death, but just wanting some advice! Thanks in advance!
 


im gonna have around 5g to put into it in the next year and a half or so. im not sure what I want to do for mods yet. ive read that there is a lot more you can do to the gtp but i do like the v8. how much did that turbo kit run you joshv?

u can replace the tranny for a better one, get the tranny built, get a shift kit, the cooler, and i heard they came out with tranny tunes. it will shift more smooth and could prolong it a little. other than that just dont beat on it. i love mine.
 
GXP is more $$$ then the GTP so you might not have much left over, it also uses more fuel and higher insurance
 


in my area there are more gxp's for sale than gtp's or gt's. and the supercharged gp's i can find are almost all over 100,000 which is not what im looking for
 
i figured it wasnt true but was just checking. insurance would suck for me either way so im not too worried abou that haha.
 


yea i thinks thats what im gonna do, less than a month and ill have myself a gxp..couldnt be happier
