PCM and spark plug question

For the last month or two when i drive a decent distance my display screen (mpg, oil %, fuel consuption...) will start to flash "0.0" for about 5 minutes, then the traction control will light up for a second, then it will all go back to normal. Is this from the PCM? if so what should i do? the car runs fine, but it just worries me a bit.

Second question is what kind of spark plugs i should get? I currently have a cold air with exhuast for mods. And run my car semi hard.
Thanks

Whatever you do dont get Bosch plugs for your GP. I have some on mine and theyre misfiring like crazy. I got ZZperformance wires for about $90 and they seem to work well

ZZP wires are known to cause bad misfires. Just read the reviews of them on their website. I am running AutoLight XP 606 Iridiums. Work very well. The Whole flashing "0.0" thing sounds like a PCM problem to me. I know some guys have had that problem with ZZP PCM tunes. It has something to do with program mode or something.

The Flashing 0 indicates a loss of serial data. Usually caused by wires in the wiring harness that have rubbed through on the condensor on the drivers side. Depending on how bad it is, electrical tape could fix this, if not you may have to splice in new sections of wire.

As far as plugs, you'd be best running factory temp AC Delco plugs.

I second the ZZP wires causing issues, however they just released a new version which is supposed to take care of the issues that all previous versions had.

Factory pullied car...factory heat range.

Autolite 606's gapped at .050" to be honest.

These cars love copper plugs.

I just bought mine this month is that within the frame youre talking about?
