• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Absolutely unacceptable, zzp you just lost a customer for life

Number one issue with customer complaints is the customer gets angry at the first person they see after they have an issue.

And that usually isn't the person that caused the issue for them.

Then the employee no longer wishes to help the customer.

Goodluck after that. :D

He already listed his email he was/did send. To me, it seemed very professional and in an "adult" manner. If they shrugged it off like no big deal, then well vulgar words would be flying.

Right cause telling that person to print the picture off and show every employee if he doesn't believe it is bent is real adult like. You always ask for help you never demand it. That email has mostly demand all over it. I would have worded that email completely different.

To each his own. I think a customer who pays good money for a non working bent, beat up piece of crap has every right to be a smartass. And I wouldn't feel it necessary to ask for a picture. You should be able to confidently assume that the leading 3800 aftermarket parts store would at least sell a useable product. The way the op worded his email was not nearly as unprofessional and childish as someone selling the piece of crap he receiveed in the mail. "If it was damaged before shipping" of course.

That^^^ Plus everyone else is saying it could have happened in shipping. That is fine but the seller has to take some responsibility for how the item was packed then. Sounds like they threw it in a box with a sheet of paper and sent it out.

Ummm...full refund?

Then just toss on the blower with a stock pulley and no intercooler and come on down to KC this week.

And for anyone still confused...what Taz did was "cut up."

Had there not been a resolution and he had took the liberty to do something in person or with a few more four letter words, THAT would count as cutting up+sideways.

Schooling. :)

You bought a used part... that came back in used condition, after being shipped quite a distance, that is functional....

What is the problem here?

you know. i want a hud pod. and it's cheaper from zzp. but i'm a very timely, very promt, very specific type of person and IF zzp fails to ship MY sh!t on time...i think i'd lose my mind. that would be completely unacceptable.

so yeah, you should call them a cut up sideways.

and bailing hay?? where the hell DO you live??

That's cause everyone and their brother knows you're totally obsessive/compulsive lmao.......

Ok here is my experience with zzp. I ordered a 3" bolt in catted down pipe with gaskets the gaskets that i received were used in the same order was my wizaired cai and an ssic the wizaired was fine but the directions for installing the ssic sucked. someone new to this would have been lost.spent 7 or 8 hours installing the "BOLT IN" fmhe and modifying my front air dam. than the moment of truth installing the ic core which I discovered was warped and caused my sc rotors to bind(lucky for me I double checked for bind) and the bolt in the snout was to short so I spent 4 hours installing and uninstalling it. to add insult to injury they never called me back and took 4 days to answer my emails. O did I mention they sent the wrong clips for the fuel injector spacers. then when they did answer my emails they treated me like I know nothing about cars.they tried to blame it all on me and wanted to know why the snout bolt had to be so long? WTF. long story short I sent the core back and got a new one. I bought the fuel injector clips from a gm dealer and new exhaust gaskets from auto zone. I returned the clips and never got a refund and it took 3 1/2 weeks for me to get the core and bolt.
