Well, paying advance would not work for such a large group. I'm with you in that I'm not being responsible for that much money. But I have already budgeted aside this money for WoF and I really wanted to go. So if you want I can try to call them and arrange for us all to be able to pay, but we need a good close number on how many want to go. But even so, I wouldn't mind paying $45 and going to WoF. So either way you wanna do it.

The rate listed was 15-99 for the $26 rate online, so I would assume it would be the same. Legit guestimate, we probably have close to 50 people going.
 
Okay well I'll give them a call tomorrow and tell them we have approximately 50 people coming out on October 15 and due to circumstances we aren't able to pay ahead of schedule, and if we could work out something for us to pay upon arrival. :)

We need to order tickets at least 2 days in advance to get them at that price... just so everyone is aware.

already established that, which is why im calling tomorrow to try to negotiate something different since collecting money and ordering 2 days in advance is rather impossible with this meet.

It might be in but Still need to get injectors in the truck im driving down so we will see, so right now its going to be a no on the gp being there.
