I'd doublecheck for the gtx authentic plate inside the car. They don't just throw a hood on there and then slap there name on the side and call it a gtx.
 
there is no need to check...it was bought straight from the show room and is 100% legit..just doesnt have all the extra stuff cuz it wasnt wanted

Sorry dude. I ain't buying it, someone put that hood and badges on there. Like I said before the door badges aren't even in the right location. SLP isn't going to just stick something out there like that, and you should also have a special SLP badge/plak on the inside of the car authenticating it as a real GTX. In the door jam it should also have a sticker from SLP.

Also, those exhaust tips, and the 'Pontiac' piece on the back bumper being red aren't stock, even on a GTX.
 


im tellin you man, its the real thing, u can go check any other gtx on the net and see that the badges are fine, as for that plak ill check and let u guys kno, and if its not the real deal, which i find it hard to be, i've been, or should i say my father was had back in 99, also that exhaust is not stock, so ur right on that.....http://images.google.com/imgres?img...pontiac+gtx&start=54&gbv=2&ndsp=18&hl=en&sa=N

also take a look at this gtx which happens to look exactly like mine, and dont tell me this one aint legit either

That one in the pics you listed has the GTX wheels. It's cool if its a clone. It still looks nice. Front and rear bumper should be silver on the bottom.
 
lol you dont have to get those wheels you know, you can select whatever you want, no cloning involved haha...and in my glove compartment there is an authenticity sticker from SLP, saying that the vehicle has been modified by SLP, so u guys lose, i didnt expect to hear that i had a "fake" GTX lol
