Fuel Pressure & Other Weird Issues

tuning it "perfectly" takes time with the car and constantly tuning it. your not going to be able to get that with out your own tuner. even after someone tunes it the weather changes the way the car acts and youll likely need to go up a pulley size in the winter, it safe to do and you dont loose much power since the outside air denser from the cold. if your on a stock pulley then dont worry about it.

Ok so this morning i took off my supercharger and checked the torque specs of my lim bolts with bolt torque wrenches and they were perfectly torqued to 11 ft./lb...so now my lim is ruled out to not be leaking since they are torqued right. I then cut up a new supercharger gasket for my ported lim and reinstalled the supercharger and made sure the bolts for it were torqued to 17 ft./lb. I then rechecked all my vacuum lines once again and even my lim egr block off plate and that was sealed tight. All the vacuum lines were good and i even replaced the throttle body vacuum line with an even thicker sturdier one.

I start the car up on a cold start and let the car warm up and from what my aeroforce told me my ltft's were at 0.0. I then went for a drive around the neighborhood and the ltft's were more in the - than + but then they started to lean out up to +8,+16.4,+10 again as before.

Im now officially stumped. And once again still not lean code or any code popping up. Guess its just my ported tb, ported i/c lim, and ported i/c blower that needs to be added into my overkill tune.

ported tb = custom tune required.

I would never attempt to mail order tune a ported tb using a factory maf. I would install a LQ4 (or LT1 style) maf with a LQ4 (or LT1) table loaded if you have to stay mail order tuned.

The "symptoms" are that of a ported tb..

Not to be a dick, but this is fairly wrong. "constantly tuning" does not mean anything really.... The real problem with most "tuning" is the fact that everyone puts ALL of their stock into thinking that the factory narrowband sensor system is accurate on a modded car.... And when that turns out to be false (which aside from a downpipe/intake car, it is), all hell breaks loose.

And also do you guys think i could be a victim of the 01+ Cat Diag\Fuel Dump issue? Im not using my stock 2000 pcm but overkills pcm that was sent to me. Im not sure what year pcm he used but could it be an 01+ pcm? Is there anyway to find out?

Ok so i finally got a working fuel pressure gauge from autozone and my fuel pressure at key on is 40. But when started and idle it acts weird and goes from 40 and bumps to 43 for a quick second and back to 40. I posted a video below of its actions.

any diff with the fuel pressure reg vac line removed? i know pressure should be higher at key on... you clean your fuel filter? if not make sure fuel pump fuse is not corroded and you could do the fuel pump rewire.... if none of that is it then you need new pump.

Too busy laughing. That's messed up. Tough to tell if it's the regulator or pump. Kinda seems like a pump issue from how it's acting. That's not normal though

Key on 45 is about normal. FSM says 48-52, but that's not typical with miles.

Yes i installed a new fuel filter yesterday and no change. With the fpr line removed it still sounds like its reving high a little and my boost dropped straight to -6.

Even re did my LIM the last 2-3 hours and let the gaskets and everything sit and still does the same thing. smh. Also just switched the maf sensor with a spare and the same thing.
