So i am considering painting my rims black, before doing it i would like it to be Photoshopped to see how it would look first. I have zero Photoshop abilities, if someone out there can do it i would be very grateful.

Plastidip them first and see if you like them black. It can be reomved easily if you don't like them black. Personally I would leave them as is.

i hope you realize that when you plastidip something, it's nearly identical to painting them. you prep it, dip it, then clear it. if not then you are doing it super mega wrong.

clear over plasti-dip? your crazy! that kinda defeats the ease of using it. just throw a fresh coat of wax on and spray it.

are we talking about the same platidipping that requires a giant tub of water with a design/color floating on the surface in which you dip items through to coat them? you do not spray plastidip from a can.
