• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I'm only sixteen, so thats 3 if I do go.

And Ohio area as long as its a big thing, I might go. And I would definitely want to cruise.

Dayum! And here I thought I was the only 16 yr old punk on this forum! Oh, and I think it'd be awesome if you, Remnant, and myself all cruised down to wherever it is together. Just hope I can keep up with y'alls GTP's lol.

But with this much notice we can plan something and save up nice

Exactly. We need 4-5 meets next year, this one is clearly going to be the biggest, but IA and KC would be fun for annual spots. I'd still like to see Branson done again, maybe something in the dakotas too.

The kc and ia meets have taken time to build. We can't just jump into 4-5 next year. Let's get this going. Then expand for 2013

We need some way of making sure this is organized and everything gets done properly with destruction to cars kept to a minimum. ;)

I'm totally new at this, but I'd love to help out somehow if I can. Can't let this idea die now guys.

Same.

Trade show style would be nice too.. get an area where we can get Vendors/Sponsors etc set up in booths, get admins from the various forums to do the same.. nothing giant, just a few collapsible canopy's some banners etc.. place to go, load up on stickers/swag. see new products, even see demos (like the zzp car) give aways etc.

If certain people plan certain events it will all stay organized.
The other nick and bryant did a great job setting up IA minus the rain.
This meet can be Drunikes baby
Myself, Blue, ZR1 Vette, and the others that helped this year can plan KC

As long as they're all a couple months apart it would be good and allow more people more opportunities to come out to club events.

As long as everyone is mature and don't drive like asshats nothing will happen to cars.

And this meet idea isn't going to die anytime soon. lol

Looking at the summit drag strip in Norwalk.. there is a decent amount of space in the area for photos, and the booth idea's.

it wont die.. this is a respark of an idea from earlier in the year lol
we WILL get something going in Ohio next year.. scale is just a matter of planning and such

Yea, I was there once (although I didn't drive, I rode along) and it was a nice place......except for the rain, but other than that it was nice.

You sure you want to do this in the Middle of summer in 100+ heat and humidity?

just a thought.

Well, I suppose it could even be planned for more towards spring or fall time when the temps would be a bit cooler, but that comes at the weather trade off. In my book 100 and sun for a car show beats 75 and pouring rain.

Plus the closer you get to fall, the less people who are in school/college will be able to come.
