• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Speed Dady headers *looking in to getting them ceramic coated*
Stage 1 heat exchanger *If anyone knows of other heat exchangers not from zzp I'd like to hear about it*
SSM90 Belt setup with Modular system *I have my reasons*
3.4 pulley and 3.25 pulley *just going to order both now and start off with the 3.4 and see where that gets me then maybe keep the 3.25 for the track*

Gaskets and bolts
Felpro LIM gaskets
Felpro Head Gaskets
Reuseable rubber throttle body gasket
Injector Orings
Rocker install kit *includes vc gaskets and reusable rocker bolts*

not sure about the supercharger gasket I already have one brand new felpro gasket but I thought I needed to use 2 special garlock gaskets with the ssic, but I know some of you don't like those gaskets very much.

Coolant elbows
Arp head studs
Intercooler bolts
Arp header bolts

MISC

oil
oil filter
supercharger oil
dex-cool
Tr6 spark plugs
custom plug wires
stuff to move the coil packs
sealed and vented battery box
new coolant tank *preferablly polished aluminum*
Braided sleves to go over the coolant hoses *figured might as well do this now while most of the coolant is already out I might put these on more than just the coolant hoses*
All the stuff I need to make up some braided fuel lines
I'm sure theres more stuff that I'm forgeting hopefully by the time I start the tear down I'll have everythng I need so I can get it done in a few days and be ready for Kansas City

Polish and Paint
Supercharger polished
Intakre Manifold Polished
Throttle body Polished
Fuel rails Polished
T-stat housing polished
alternator bracket and tensioner assemblly Polished
Alternator polished
Oil filter bracket or w/e its called polished

every other metal party that had paint on it from the factory is getting redone I haven't desided on the color for sure, and I don't know about the valve covers yet but I might have something up my sleeve.

My goals for this are just make lots of powar, look and sound awesome, and get it done in time for KCGP11 It's going to be close but all the parts are finally starting to pile up and I'm feeling optimistic

So I wanted to run the ssm90 belt setup because I don't have a l67 crank and I figured it would be easier even I did have one but I need an
Idler pulley with custom standoff, bolt and washer and I doubt zzp would sell me just that or modify their ssm90 install kit to meet the Items I need/ want

Heres what they include in it.
  • Garlock supercharger gasket
  • nstructions on paper and CD
  • L67 brake booster vacuum line
  • Idler pulley with custom standoff, bolt and washer
  • Throttle body gasket
  • Accessory belt (95.5" for '99+ with 3.8-4.2" pulley)
  • Autolite 103 plugs Supercharger oil Supercharger bolts
  • PCM reprogramming
the red is stuff I don't need from them and I don't really think that the remaining stuff is worth $200 so if anyone has the ssm90 kit could you take a few pics of your Idler pulley so I see what I need to make my own.

Save Money, Make more power /Thread.

thats a **** ton of polished stuff. budget go bye bye real quick
I'm polishing it all myself at this point the only stuff I'm polishing up super nice is the supercharger, tb, and Lim, all the other stuff I decided I'm just going to get it cleaned up as nice as I can in say 4 hours tops per part compared to days on the other stuff.

might just be because I'm tired and had a long week but I keep thinking about it and Idk if I wana polish this stuff anymore lol Maybe I paint the sides and polish the top or something I mean paint doesn't look that bad

still doing the ssm90 setup? i believe i have an extra balancer laying around somewhere. the spot for the standoff is easy to find too, and the other pulley hangs off the coil pack bracket.
