I was wondering if anyone has used qualityautoparts.com before.

The reason Im asking is because I talked to them about getting an engine and they said that the engines they have for my car are original parts GM engines and they arent rebuilt or used.

The thing that makes me wonder is that they said it would only be about 1000 bucks including shipping. This just seems too good to be true and I was just wondering if anyone on here has had any experience with them or maybe can explain to me how they are able to sell new engines so cheap. Its just hard to believe.

Seriously...that's insane. I'm more than positive someone on here could get you a better engine or you could have a new one built for a grand...I know I did.

If no luck there...you can always check out Morad Parts Company - 3800 Motors, Transaxles, & Stock Parts They also warranty their stuff...and I have had nothing but great things to say about Ed and Eric and the customer service they provide there.

Sounds like they're an auto recycler. I'm guessing you could find a better deal on the same quality at car-part.com

I already contacted morad and they dont have anything below about 110k and he said that would run me 750 - 900.

good thing that considering your chances of needing to use that warranty.
