2 very long days...
spent all afternoon at Country Fest getting entertainment from the drunk people.
Then today, walked 6 miles at the Indiana State Fair.
And possibly back to the fair again tomorrow with my boss's wife and kids.

I'm beat

Soooo. Work sucks teh ballz. I have 1 manager left that I actually like, and he's a boh manager, so I never see him anyway. All the rest have quit (lucky them) and now we have horrible people for management.

I hate my job. Today, I was forced to scrub out the floors, baseboards, and mold out of a sink drain area. If I get sick, have no fear, I'm gonna live it up at the hospital on Panera's bill.

So...to quit or not to quit? This is the second time I've been forced to do some b.s. cleaning at $7.25/hour and the billionth time busy work has been assigned for sh*ts and giggles.

K. Half rant half question. Done.

Well....quit if you can find/have a better job lined up.
I work 2 jobs now and absolutely hate the 2nd part time job (I've worked there for 7 years now). It makes the days I work both jobs absolute hell. And no, its totally not worth it. But I need the extra money to help with stupid student loans.
So, my advice...if your miserable and hate it, its not worth it. But, I'd try looking for something new before just up and quitting. The way this economy is, every penny helps.


...what to change my "donating users" status too......hmmm

Hmmm. Well the door is wide open at my old job, but I hated it there too and I wouldn't want to go back. It's like two evils lol. But at the old job, there is b.s. there, too. And I think it would suck to have to go be under the thumb of those idiots again. As if I NEED that job... So idk... we will see. Thought about just puttin in a two week notice since school starts in two weeks anyway, and once I adjust and my bday rolls around, just get another job then.

BUT if i do that, it might take me out of going to KCGP, and from this stand point, two more months at panera bread won't kill me.

I think. For the first time in almost ten years, that things in my life are beginning to look good again. Which means, that through everything, I have stayed strong, focused, and driven enough to succeed no matter what.

I hit my head at work today on a corner of a piece of 1/4 thick steel. (It's happened a couple times before, but never this bad)
However, this time I hit it hard enough, blood appeared and I passed out about 5 minutes afterwards.
Yay for me :)
But no stitches, thank god. I'd probably be rather upset if I had to have part of my head shaved for that.

poor thing!! i know this one guy at my job cut his wrist on the edge of one of the stainless steel prep tables we have at work. if it had of been me, i'd be at the house on panera's dime lol.

Not gonna lie, it hurt like a mofo. But i was surprised, I didn't cry.
Altho it was kinda scary because I didn't know how hard I'd hit it (damage skull or anything)
But I got lucky.
I would have felt bad if it was worse and work would have had to deal with bills and such.
