Cammed cobras are rare....I've seen a few/heard a few, just like I've seen a few turbo/sc LS1 Fbodies. It's all about cost effectiveness.

That. I'm leaning towards Cobra Clone. 4V Cams get spendy.

Cams on a 4V are a waste of money. They cost a fortune and you can get the same performance for a lot less money elsewhere. At least that's what a couple of Mustang shops told me... I would have added them to my '03 Cobra, but was advised to go with a lower instead. The 4lb lower was killer for torque. Especially given the POS Eaton that Ford put on. But it's gone and I get to putt around in my GTP ready to take on any Civic with a Cessna wing mounted on the back. :th_depressed:

lt1 has old sbc firing order whereas the ls motors have a sbf firing order and ford style sequential ports, maybe thats why they run and sound so good.......

just sayin.....
