DRL/HID/Halo headlight questions

ok, so i went ahead and ordered a pair of halo projector headlights with a 6000k HID included (2004-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix Angel Eye Halo & LED Strip Projector Headlights With HID Kit 6000K - Chrome) but now am starting to have some worries.

I have a 2007 Grand prix so my DRLs are the lowered brightness headlamps, not the parking lamps.
I've looked for threads on rerouting or disabling the DRL's but thats just left me confused. Most threads seem to also be only for older style GP.

So what steps will I have to take to get my running lights not to turn on in the day? Is there anyway to wire them so the Halo rings are my DRLs?
If not, is it possible to rewire them so my turning signals/parking lamps are the DRLs? ( kinda like the 04-05 GP ). I have a set of swithbacks in there so i wouldnt mind that at all.

Thanks for any and all help guys..

who in the right mine would pay 600 bucks for headlights??

hopfully you got them while they were on sell...but they do look nice, just not 600 dollors nice

useless to have Halos if i have an HID kit running 24/7.. woulda just bought the HID kit otherwise.

If i can find a way to disable the DRLs, ill hook up the Halo rings to my parking light then just switch my lights on at night.. just need to info from anyone whos maybe done this.

Buy a relay harness. That way it will take the power directly from the battery and not have to worry about how much power is coming through the factory harness.
