Yeah except it's a rarity when someone actually takes the time to use it.
 
and everyone is still encouraged to use it!!!!!!

We have been flooded with a lot of new members, I dont think they know it is there.

If someone helps another person out with a helping hand, or knowledge. Feel free to leave them a good reputation. This is what the system was intended for.
 


Im ashamed to say that I never took the time to look for the scale button or understand the Rep Power rating system. Now that i see how it works i'll have to use it

just a heads up for new comers and people that simply forgot to add rep is the middle icon between the online icon and the report post icon below your avatar FYI
