I would do something about your upper I/C hose, it takes a restrictive turn up and over the fuse box. Also, I would never put DexCool in anything ever again, use GREEN coolant in the winter.

The cores use 5/8ths inlet.

not 3/4.

restriction there, but no one seems to notice.

not dexcool. lol. its green **** with water wetter. i routed the hose that way to keep it away from the belts. but it was late when i did that i just wanted it done and running. maybe later ill figure out a better way to rout it. but for now it seams to be flowing pretty good.

I don't think running it over the fuse box it going to make any difference. Once the system is full and capped it moves the liquid the same. Actually they say that longer lines are better because it gives more time for cooling but that's debatable.

All I know if when I touch my blower after driving my car its not hot.

How come? lol Its a 2" Intercooler I just put the "S" in front to make it look cool. Don't make me put "STAGE TWO INCH". lol

I drove for about an hour today and it was 100c out. After I drove put my hand and the blower and it wasn't hot. Seems the snout gets a little warmer than the case but still pretty cool.
