I see them on Implala's when i got to scrap yArds but what are they for?? i see some on modded GTPs also.... Its like a cross member behind the engine that bolts to both sides above the shocks. Anyone know what im trying to say what are they for and my are then not stock on GTPs??:th_king-evil::confused:
 


negative I also dont have one on my 99 gtp. GM sells one that looks stock...so maybe you have that one...others are polished ect.
 
It was stock on 00-03 Impalas, but 04+ no longer have them. I put them on with DonRome's front and rear brackets. The rear bar made the biggest handling difference. :th_thumb-up:
 


Most impalas do not have the STB. The 9c1 cars came standard with it and the Buick regal(IIRC 98 or 99 and up). GPs never came with the STB from the factory, someone put it on.
 
ahh ok i see its not hard to install on my GTP is it?? It would be from a 01 impala and is it a dirrect fit??
 


nice ill pick 1 up within 2 weeks can i just drill holes from the top of the towers and just bolt em in without any hard labor or?? I as because my back is killing me lately "previous issues"
