• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

what should i spend $2k on for 98 gtp

AFC will never allow you to adjust all the parameters that will really make a difference and there is only so much you can do with scaling the MAF. been there, done that.

lol ok... well im stuck with a canned tune because the link to the closest tuner posted up here is like 400 miles away... im kinda tucked away in the northeast corner of tn... but i will try to find out where all the ls1s and vettes go... we got plenty of those driving around only about 4 real gtps that ive seen lately:( everybody around here is into tuning diesels and jackin up little yotas or samurais lol

And if I get the wideband aeroforce add-on will I need to run the stock sensor as well or does the wideband o2 sensor plug into the pcm and the afc???

I would give these places a call
Tuning – Knoxville Performance (AWD dyno FTW)
Real Horsepower - Performance - Dyno Tuning - Speed Engineering and Dyno

$150/hr is a little expensive but I guess 2 hptuner credits are $100... thank you very much those didn't even show up in my search and they're only 30min away woot:)

the $150 is for a dyno tune. A good dyno tune will be superior to a good street tune.

generally the opposite is true.

All tuning should be done with a wideband.

Street tune tests under real world loads.

You drive in the real world, not on the dyno right?

You also get all the small details that dyno tuners never touch.

Ok, so a dyno tune as a starting point and following that up with a street tune to tweak it would be ideal?
