My first kill and first race ever :D

My friend and I were heading back to my house, me in my '01 GTP, him in his '03(?) Eclipse GT. We pull onto this nice long straight road, and he pulls up next to me. We drop back to about 25 mph, look at each other, and he takes off. He got ahead so that my front bumper was even with his back bumper. I floored it right when he did, but barely took off 'cause I was running low RPM's. As soon as it downshifted though, I flew right past him. By the time I hit 90, I had put about 3 car length's between us. I slowed back to about 70 and he pulled back in behind me and we continued to my house. When we got back to my house and parked, we both got out of our cars, looked at each other, and laughed. Felt good and I had a lot of fun.
 


Not completely stock, but I'm not exactly sure whats in it. Previous owner did some work. But there is aftermarket exhaust and lower, stiffer springs.

lol...I know all too well how that goes. I bought a modded car, without knowing. After a few months on here I was able to figure out what had been done to it. Still dont know if there had been any internal work done. Good kill
 


nice kill i made a kid cry in his eclipse when he pulled up next to me told me my grandma wanted her car back and i said ok last one there buys the milk haha
 
I'm gonna look into whats been done when I get the chance, probably call up the dealer or last owner. But I plan on doing some work myself this summer when I get the money.
 
first thing u should get is a scan guage seriously that way u can monitor whats going on in your car especially knock than headers if u dont already have em
