Miker56, or MidnightBlue = Scammer?
Everyone says to show proof, so I’ll try to be specific. After going through my experience, I thought it would be best to share. The following is the thread I purchased from:

I began communicating with Miker56 on 2-14-11 at 9:25 AM. He was fast to communicate back and sent pictures in a timely order. . I was concerned of the burned valves, but he said the heads should be able to be bolted right on. By 2-15-11 11:20 AM, I decided to go through with the purchase. By 2-15-11 2:08 PM he sent me a total. I didn’t have access to my Paypal until later and paid him that night.

A few days go by so I asked him if he sent the heads yet. He said he got hit hard by weather. Which is understandable for his location. On 2-23-11 I asked again if he would be able to ship cause it looked like there was a clearing for the weather. On 2-26-11 12:16 AM, he said he took the heads to get pressure checked and they had a small crack in them, but he was in the process of getting me a new set with 32k on them and a 199 day warranty. This sounded good and I appreciated him not wanting to send me junk. However, for all I know. He could of sold the heads to someone else since he had several for sale forums with heads still listed as available.
3-01-11 I asked for a status. Between then and 3-22-11 I asked for status a couple times. On 3-22-11 I sent the text: (I sent this text because he never responded to any of my messages/texts and never sent pictures of the intake and exhaust as requested?) “In order to protect my assets I am going to request a refund for the heads as it is approaching 45 days. As soon as u send me the pics of the intake&exhaust ports ill send you payment again.” A few minutes later, he sent me pics. I informed him I would check with my friend (used to be a machinist) and let him know. On 3-23-11, after showing them to my friend, I sent him the message “Those heads are beat and dry refund my money.” The condition of the heads got me a little mad.

He said he was sorry and asked for some time (to refund my money) cause something came up. I was fine with that and seen what happened to him in a thread on here the next day. He expected to have the money after the 6th of April.
The 7th came and no word from Miker56, but I seen he was looking at purchasing some items so I submitted a Paypal claim. At this point, I was pissed. I waited the time period for Paypal. Still no word from him. Paypal ended up having to take action and withdraw the funds on 4-18-11. About 2 months went buy from the time I paid to when I got a refund from Paypal taking action. All that time wasted with my car being down. Do not send him payment as a gift or you might not receive your item or the funds.
