yes it is tinted. I believe he said he has 35% all the way around on his car

Aweb has 20% all around (which measured 15% when he was pulled over) and 35% on the windshield.

I had that problem too, but it seems if you open them in like paint or photoshop or something, or repost them, they work fine...
