Edit: For those not wanting to read much, the bulk of it is this:

...[She] was an inexperienced driver who had just completed five refresher courses after purchasing a new car. While exiting a downtown parkade, she hit the gas pedal instead of the brake and accelerated rapidly, hitting several vehicles and people at the intersection during rush-hour traffic

Two people were killed.
 


she killed two people for gods sake, she should be happy with a 10 year ban of her licence and probation, shes lucky shes not in jail for 15 years.

and here i thought i had it bad with the dumbass chick that was following me home. atleast i didnt die. she should be stripped of her liscence permanently.
