I’d bet a twenty spot that the Civic was parked poorly first. See how that rice burner is way to the left in the parking spot?
And those rims are just fine for that Monte, tons of ppl have made worse choices.

On a different topic, poor cosmetics do not necessarily make a vehicle rice. In fact, as has been pointed out many times in this thread, about half or more of these cars do not qualify.:th_shakinghead2: And just to pick on recent posts a bit. A Silverado with some silver trim and rims isn’t rice! A POS Ford that got rear ended isn’t rice! For reference go back about a hundred pages and you can actually see what a ricer is.:th_depressed:

the roush's were mainly stock except for spray... i think you would have been fine either way
