ok so im driving home from night school and i see a mustangs 4 headlights and hes weaving through traffic and i havnt had a race in a while so i say f it he gets up next to me lined up at about 80 we both punch it i fly by him every time we kept lining up id let him get a car length and a half on me and i would still fly by him i noticed it was only the v6 not the gt so that kinda sucked the fun out of it but i look at this kid driving it and he thinks he is the coolest ..hes wearing his hat backwards and to the side dressed all preppy thinking that his red mustang with a silver line down it is THE FASTEST CAR EVER im tired of this i just felt i need to complain about this i mean im sure we all have had this experience i mean there top speed for the v-6 is only 115 from what i read......... so disappointing
 


when ever i see a v6 mustang its usually driving conservative
but this kid wasn't so i assumed but thats ok the look on his face like he still won every time we lined up was pretty funny cause he would look at me while were lined up like wow big deal and than he gets whooped several times and keeps that attitude
 
we have v6? so i dont see what the deal is? But yeah thats a funny story about the kids face and how people with stangs think theyre top dog haha

lol thats funny .he gets whooped 7 times and still think he cool as hell.

it was a newer mustang ..

but the deal is that why are you driving like you have the v8 when you have the v6 cutting in and out of traffic you actually make people think you might have something under the hood and than you have a disappointing v6 and the mustang is stock just because you got lucky and drive a brand new mustang and the girl in the passenger seat thinks it is fast when she really doesn't know doesn't make you sweet

and a disclaimer im not trying to be proud of this kill i was just fed up cause there are so many v6 mustangs with drivers like that .... and still after they get smashed they act like they are still awesome
 


they have there places. if they dident have those they might not make enough money to sell the V8's. most of there sells are the V6's
 
not everybody wants a gas guzaling V8. you think the 65 year old lady needs a GT...no but she still wants a mustang. think about how many chicks you see driving around in V6's. if they only had the V8 they might lose alot of there sells. plus you can get a FULLY loaded V6 for the same price as a base GT. not everybody is looking for performance. but they still want to be able to say they drive a mustang or a camaro...

LoL I understand why they do it..
Just sad that the circumstances have came to settling for a v-6 over v-8.. (gas prices)

And don't give me the grandma in v-6 story,
My grandma still hauls @ss in a v-8
 
ha whatever. damn maw-maw skerting tires off in the lincoln. shes problew got something newer by now tho. the point is not everybody wants the car for the motor. some just want it for the simple fact that its a mustang or whatever. plus they bring in money for the devolopment of a better V8 so its benifical. now trying to race the V6 is another story...

And yeah she has a new body style 'Lincoln Town Car Executive' now.

Yeah anything can be fast.
I guess to each is their own..
I would personally get a gt and take the money used to get the v-6 into 10 second range and upgrade it but...
Thats just me I guess i'm dumb ?!?
