Now that the engine is out....

Now that i've got the engine out, i plan to:

1) Replace powersteering pump
2) replace coolant hoses
3) replace spark plugs and plug cables
4) Fix tranny and replace torque converter
5) Replace serpentine belt
6) Replace engine oil pan gasket (I think there was a bulletin about this a few years ago)
7) ??

Is there any other maintenance stuff I should be doing?
I want to do the least amount of work possible on the engine, since it was pretty good when I removed it, and I want to do as much maintenance as possible without spending a lot of cash. Also, if I can do any cheap mods (like less than $100-$200) if it will help with MPG, I will probably pursue it. The car is completely stock right now.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Probably the timing chain while its out. The rear knock sensor is pretty hard to get to so I would probably replace that for good measure. Replace the lower motor mount and tranny mount.

Yikes timing chain really?

Also, why coolant elbows?

Water pump is probably a good ideas.

How much would a knock sensor be, and where is it located?

Timing chain shouldnt be that big of a deal. The knock sensor (rear one) is going to be about the middle of the head (#5 cylinder), on the block I believe. Its got a connector on it with one wire. You should be able to get them from Autozone and I think they were around $30 or so.
