Considering getting something else pretty soon here, just wondering what I can get out of my car.

2000 Grand Prix GTP Daytona 500 Edition

83,000 miles
marked title. previous owner hit a deer, so bumper and fender were professionally replaced
power everything, etc
sunroof
daytona edition extras, silver trim, wheel caps, rims, seats, badge, hood, spoiler, quad exhaust
bose audio
engine runs fantastic, the only oil I use is Pennzoil Ultra (best synthetic oil out there) 10w30, no additives
engine bay is clean
fuel filter, spark plug wires, and other tune up stuff recently replaced
transmission is filled with full synthetic dexron 6
suspension is perfect
paint is perfect, I wax it very often, it looks great in person.
interior is perfect. No wear showing on anything.
tint on rear windows
HUD works full time, never had an issue with it
gets 30-35 on the open freeway at 65-70
COMPLETELY STOCK. nothing has ever been modified. Before I bought it, all service was performed at the dealership.

only flaw on whole car is a cracked windshield. Hasn't spread or anything though, and it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Sometime in its life, the daytona decals were removed. Don't tell me its a replica either, because I've checked all the dealership records back to the time of purchase and it's legit.

that's bc a daytona edition means very little to anyone. it does have some nice things to it, but it's not gonna make people pay an extra G or anything bro
 
i paid $5 for my 99 gt with 97k. (and I probably should have offered less)
So I'd agree with vailskier in saying at least $5 or more.

Haha yeah thats kind of what I expected... Think I could get something close to 5500? I paid cash for the car so I don't have to pay it off or anything, just want to buy something newer
 
I'd list it at 6 because that's a pretty fair going price for a gtp under 100k around here (some even list theirs over 7 but that's just a joke). Then negotiate your way back up to 5500.

yeah, that way you can let them talk you down to $5500 if that's what you want for it.
 
Whoever painted that hood...go kick them in the face.

They have awful paint matching skills.

I'd give you $5,500 for it maybe? These cars are selling cheap now days.

Meh, just stickers. As long as it has the hood, spoiler, roof rails and interior Id be happy. Plus, that 1 of 2000 badge by the shifter is a nice reminder that your car is something just a little bit different.

Id Paid $4500 for my 99 GTP, I bought it from the dealership I work at, they were asking just over $6k for it, only had 67,000 miles on it, very clean

I would start at $6k flat, and work down to 5500 if pressured, that way you get a good price and the buyer makes a "good deal" :th_winking: win win for both

Its just the lighting reflecting off the garage door in front of the car. Matches perfectly across the entire car as far as I can tell. I can grab more pics later.
