I vote Impala SS LS4. You didn't say if mpg's was a big issue or not though, if it was that would change my vote....maybe. I do have a couple questions to ask you, not so much "why those" type of questions, more like "have you thought about" type of questions hehe. I voted for the cobalt for several reasons.

1. I'm biased

2. I HATE impalas.

3. Better gas milage

Also if you're gonna get a balt, in the price range you were looking at, get an ss. More options/comfort/fun. MPG is still stellar

DD needs 4 banger. if you get the v8, no good gas mileage for you. if you get the indy, mod bug will bite.

LS4 with intake = 20mpg city and 30 mpg hwy.

my friend gets 27+ city in his SS/SC. He does not drive it nice at all. It actually makes me angry because he guns it everywhere in town and gets 7 MPG more than i do when i am nice.

I like me an ecotec. Specially a boosted one. But why buy something u had. I know it's a ss. But it's still a cobalt.

Get a true upgrade. Who knows when you will get another.
