Other than getting a head unit with an aux port? No.Which shouldn't be too difficult. Is there any other option to adding an AUX jack that you know of?
EDIT: I lied lol. There are antenna adapters that allow you to switch between the antenna and an aux input -- they basically inject the sound into the antenna input. Same method as the PAC harness, just different point of injection. I personally use this one: Precision Interface Electronics GM12-AUXv2 Connect a portable music player, satellite radio tuner, or DVD player to your factory GM receiver at Crutchfield.com but I got it cheaper than that. I believe Crutchfield had it on sale at the time. Also, I don't have the Monsoon system so I'm not sure if it'll work with that particular head unit. You can always check on Crutchfield though.
do you have a link to the radio you bought?
Yea that adapter should work, but it says something about getting the radio programed to recognize the adapter.
Me or him? Lol I have my stock single-disc head unit.
Mine worked without any programming whatsoever. It just picked up the adapter as bands XM1 and XM2 (use the band button to switch sources), and on the unit itself it says Aux on the display.
I have done this in my 07 Grand Prix GT with the monsoon.

Plug in and play. You'll need to tap into the power (thicker yellow cable from the connector from inside of the car) and then get a RCA to Aux so you can play your tunes.
Hope that helps,

Go straight from the fusebox. NEVER take power from the head unit.
Any reason why? How would you hook it into the fuse box? My fuses are all on the passenger side of the car.
