For those who don't know that's a street legal (A term that can be overused but the car is registered) AWD Eagle Talon. Sure doesn't look boring from the cockpit.

I need to find a good video of my friend's Conquest. He won the unlimited class (iirc) at the 09 DSM shootout in it.

IMO Rally is boring because they are so far apart and its not really a race. They are racing the clock more than they are racing each other. At least in drag racing its side by side and first one across the finish line wins.
 


Real racers drive straight to the finish line, fags drive around in circles trying to find it.










J/K, I have interest in getting into moar autox. I've competed in a few and enjoyed it. Nothing is more fun then drag racing to me though.

Have now. :) More proof that drag racing is far from boring.

Its amazing he cruises the strip in it. I lived in Vegas in the late 80s. My dad had a modified Chevy Monza 2+2 (around 450 whp) that didn't like the heat of the desert. He sold it and a week later the guy came back asking what was into the engine money wise because he locked it up from overheating it cruising the strip.
 
did you ever go for a ride in a rally car? i did. most epic **** ever. going fast for 10 seconds does not compare with blasting through the woods @ 100mph

Have you ever went for a ride in a 10 second car? You only need 10 seconds then you need a break.
