SD headers

What size band clamps did you use for the crossover junctions? Didn't have them at the time so I'm on the clamps for now but of course they're leaking so I'm gonna replace them when I have some free time tomorrow.
 


So the o2 sensor fits up by the engine, am I right? But the one underneath the car doesn't? How to fix? Also I'm planing on a race pipe, I would have to buy that separately from ZZP. What size fits with these headers? Also what is required with a race pipe? Just delete it from computer so ill pass inspection right?
 
Silver GTP and Intrigue98 redid parts of the headers to get it to fit. Others beat the side of the tunnel to fit it and another guy that I did an install for brought them to an exhaust shop and had them heat the area and bend it slightly to make it fit.
 
Is there a certain way you have to bend it so I can get that done before hand?

Are the slip joints hard to put together because the ones for my motorcycle were a *****! :(

the "race pipe" is just a section of pipe used to bypass the cat. it goes in where the cat would go. when i bought my SDs they came with it. no need to buy one from zzp.
