Sputtering at take off and crusing speed

Hello all,

A friend of mine just bought a 2006 N/A GP with 48k miles last week and today while driving it seems to be sputtering during take off and while crusing on the highway. Any ideas? He did an oil change, transmission fluid looks nice and clean, he only uses Chevron gas, ect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 


They make a maf cleaner, I usually pop off the screeen from the back side and use a qtip with rubbing alcohol when I do mine.
