convertible 00 GT

It looks like the rear bumper is molded...You should mold the front as well, get rid of that line by the headlight. I wanna hear that thing.

Yep I know its a chop top. Its just like a guy I know did a full on convertible swap on his 93 GA. Took some time but in the end its like damn, GM should have done this already lol.

i was told i could use that caddy trans:confused:i just like reppin the underdawg, everyone does the chevy thing here. but YES, i missed the ride and style of the coupe. thats why im getting another one. trust me big rims aint for everyone, just thought id let my gp fam check it out:th_thumbsup-wink:

Waste of time and money. Shoehorning an LS1 in there is a PITA.

Also, different isn't always better. You might have a good exhaust note...but that's about it.
 
I think the convertible part is cool, the rest is kinda over the top. I guess as long as the dude likes his car its cool
 
GM tried it.

they had to shorten the crank to get it to fit between the strut towers.

you could swap in an LS4, but it'd still be FWD.

Since you're not afraid of custom work, dare I say RWD conversion.... :D
 
ive seen that car in youtube also with some goofy ass white dude driving it... at least its done right and dont look "cheap" soooo i gotta say good job.
 
for being a donk, the only thing i don't like is the donk status. everything else is surprisingly clean, fit and finish looks good. big rims aren't my thing. the convertible is a nice touch too. and i second matt on the rwd conversion with the ls1
 


dont wanna hate man looks great rims are just too much though.. love the unique verti though.. always wanted to verti my gp as well..

i like the convertible idea, that's different. Lot of work went into that car. Is that a tv screen where the gauge cluster used to be?
