eh, i guess ive been becoming more and more active on this board and starting to throw up pics so here it is, my official thread of the 2008 base grand prix i hope to one day make half way decent

bought it 100% bone stock no tint or anything, and heres how it sits as of this evening

5% tint all the way around

Dropped on Comp G wheels...that car would look awesome...

Yeah def drop it and do the CompG 10 Spokes...
The other CompG ones are ugly IMO

i already have a set of gxp's i had powdercoated gunmetal, im just wating on tax time to throw on some tires... brothas be broke these days lol

Nick the 10-spoke wheels are the Comp G wheels and weigh about 2 bags of crisps.

The 5 spoke chromie's are the GTP wheels but you could have them optioned in on the Comp G's, but they are really junk, the chrome peels, and lets the steel corrod so then the tire leaks air over time, my Chromie's did it. Not to mention they weigh too much.

I wish my Comp G came with the 10-spokes I would have kept them and they would be my winter wheels right now.

Looks good so far man, what tails you gonna go with? I assume LEDs but Red, black or chrome?

right now im torn between red ones and tinted chromes... im not a fan of the altezza look, just trying to break up the blanket of red on my car

yeah i was looking at the ones in your pics, looks like they are pretty dark around the edges, are they tinted at all?... cause thats just dark enough to get what im going for, just to be able to distinguish where the car ends and the tail light begins

actually they look black and most of the time appear black on the edges, but in direct sun light, they are like a dark dark cherry color, but you don't really notice it and think its black

I'm talking about how you have the license plate held on by two screws on the bottom right?
It would look much better if you used those two screws to hold it on from the top of the plate so that it isn't so close to the grills and is closer to the lower fascia

LOL im the opposite...I like the 10 Spokes better than the other ones.
But GXP Rims > Both sets of CompG's
