After a few weeks of searching for new headlamps I deceided I would give th repair a shot. Here are the before and after shots of the lenses. (The lense fell off on me and I figured I would do this before putting it back on).

And this is what it looks like if you don't sand EVERY cm of it.

This lense was so bad I took it down with 110 grit and finished it with 2000 grit wet. It's been raining for the last 15 days here in PA so I've yet to hit it with a coat of clear paint. That should finish it off and bring back the shine I'm hoping.
