I've got a 2000 GP SE with the 3.1. When I hit bumps sometimes the car chimes like when a door is open.

I checked the battery cable to see if it was loose, hoping for an easy fix but no luck. Any idea where to start looking for the problem?

The thing runs great, gets around 30 mpg highway (dividing miles/gallons not the computer number) and saves me about the same amount of cash a year on gas mileage over driving my Yukon Denali than what I paid for it so after the first year in a weird way I feel its making me money!

I fixed the intake gasket right when I bought it before that problem reared its nasty head. Knock on wood the P.O.S will run forever. 148k miles now.
 


yea if u get the good intake gaskets on it and only put green coolant back in it and take care of it, it will probably last a good while. my gmal has 220k on hers. i had to blow some **** ur way though. ive left the trunk open like that as well. lol
