Whistling sound coming out of valve cover oil cap.

I re did all the vac lines and tees in my recent post i had made, because I had a bad vac leak. So what happens now is when the car is running for more than 5 mins a loud whistling sound is coming from the oil fill cap, I removed the oil cap and the noise went away. I put my hand over the hole and there is a lot of suction. What the heck would cause this? TIA
 


take the throttle body spacer off and tap your throttle body or blower case instead. this will solve your problem without creating another one with a breather.
 
Haha it was the TB gasket. I put it in backwards on the other side of the spacer facing the SC inlet for some reason. Turned it around problem gone. I hope i didnt ruin anything with this stupid misshap. Sorry to post it twice. Thanks again for the fast replies.
