Just got my headers

Okay well i have the headers here sitting next to me.. i was just wondering if i need to buy an o2 extension and if i do where do i buy it?

Get so length of wire about 14"

Solder it, heat shrink it, tape the **** out of it, and your good to go.

Or.... get a bung welded in the crossover just behind the throttle body.

No extension required, no beating on the tranny tunnel.

This is of course assuming you bought Speed daddy headers.

or get the o2 out of the grand am as they come with longer wires...thats what i did and never had a problem...also if you got speed daddies get new gaskets as speed daddies are wrong and are a headache and new ones at autozone are only $7

I just made my own o2 extension, it was easy and holds up fine. And I used all the clamps it came with and the gaskets and all. It's all fine. Just use a shiet ton of RTV on those slip joints to be sure. I have SD's as well. Good luck!
