I might be picking up the whole tuning thing this winter if all goes according to plans... but don't bank on me. you may want to try actual tuning/performance businesses to see if they can do it for you. Otherwise, I think you'd be going to Pittsburgh/Maryland/Jersey to find a tuning hobbyist. For some reason, there's not a whole lot around here.

...though, now that I think of it, I think there might be a bunch of GP guys out in Boyertown for some reason... if you can get a hold of them, one might be able to do it.
 
I got HP tuners & wide band Pretty close to the eastern border of PA. I'm about 45 minutes from Easton. I've been trained through the tuning school to tune. So if you guys want to set up a track day to do some tuning I'm down for that.

I'll be more then willing to do some tuning at your local track in Northeast, PA. Let me know and we could set something up.

Depending on what you've got done I'll do a tune for $150-200 each
If there's enough interest depending on how much unlimited credits are and I could lower the price down to $75-150 per tune.
