• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Cam specs?

so stock is 1.6? also, i could reuse my lifters on a new cam if they are same grade material and in good condition right?

yes to all questions? lol...if so awesome. i seen them reuse stock rollers off of a 5.0 on horsepower, but they were very particular on making sure the bearings and everything in the lifters were thouroughly checked. i hear is a good way to budget :) since this economy is sucking!!!

Actually GM has quoted that some of the L67 motors had 1.60:1 and some had 1.66:1...I'll have to find it in my laptop when I get home because I'm working right now...

AFAIK, it's the same rocker, GM just started labeling them differently.

after a cam is installed, tuning is mandatory correct, (will the motor blow up with dhp shelf tune)

tuning is fairly manditory, but your car will more than likely run without a tune. it will just run poorly.

however, i would probably shoot for a different cam than that one. there are better choices (s1x, xp, vs).
