Been working in kitchens for five years including "fine dining". What recipes are people looking for, Love to cook would hate to do it for the rest of my life though. Pizza is where it is at btw :th_thumbsup-wink:
I can't speak for others, but for me personally, I like simple dishes. Pasta with a good sauce and some veggies or something added in. Chicken dishes. Something easy... haha.
Pastas are easy, my favourite newest food is the bacon pesto tortollini
Damn that sounds good. Recipe please?
Some of the best dipping sauce I use. It's from a resturaunt chain in Columbus area called Raising Canes. All they sell is chicken strips, fries, slaw, and garlic toast. With their dipping sauce.
You can dip anything in the sauce and it's amazing. I'm a fan of french fries dipped in it buts anythings good.
3/4 c. Mayo (Kraft)
1/4 c. Ketchup (Heinz)
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
Now for the toughest part of all. You have to let it sit for 24 hours so all the flavors can meld together. I just make it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap and throw it in the fridge.
