So far, what it is looking like is that were gonna meet at Woodfield (?? suggestions open for meeting places now since it seems like nobody else is down) and then we are gonna do a mega caravan up to the dells to meet with Bio's gang and we will combine forces to make the 1st annual...

woodfield is only about 30 minutes north of me. id do that depending on how many people were gonna go. I also got a nice camera and stuff. whats the date again? id probably take off work for this.
 
this **** is getting serious. im looking into a hotel to stay the night and im gonna book myself a room and pass the word on where ill be. i believe that the place where we are going to meet (with the go-karts) also has a hotel that i believe has reasonable prices and you get a 'free' wristband to go into the theme park and do some damage on the go-karts.
 


have any of you (i know some of you are on it) mentioned the dells meet on thechigacogarage site? if not, someone should get on that.
 
UPDATE!

Alright as of now, it looks like we are gonna be up at the dells at about 12 meeting the Mil guys at 10 which means we should be meeting at 8 or 9, suggestions for time please.

As for location, is Woodfield Mall area okay for erbody? I figured its generally pretty central and it has a big parking lot for some sick ass photo ops. :D

Still up for discussion. If we decide on a better place, post it up here.
 


i can make ti to woodfield mall. can we make the time like 7? i get off at 4 and would want to go straight there after stopping home for a shower. its like a hour 20 min drive for me. other than the earlier time, this should work out great for me.

dave and busters in addison? they have a huge lot there too
 
Sure man, 7-730 sound good? And yeah D&B is right by my house, so that sounds good, and it will be empty at that time :D
