No...reaction has nothing to do with it. They don't start timing it until you actually hit the pedal. You could sit there for 30 seconds it doesn't matter. What was your 60 foot?

60'- 2.308
330- 6.381
1/8- 9.758 @73
1000- 12.64
1/4 - 15.02 @92

i revved it to about 2300 that launch
 
For every .1 on the 60' you take off...thats an average of .25 in the 1/4. So...if you would have had a good launch...say...a 2.0 60 foot...the nyou would have been close to that 14.5. But...sounds like the car is knocking just a tad. That's a really low trap speed even for stock. My stock car went 95 with the headlight/air filter out.
 
alright well if i can get a pulley puller im dropin my pulley and my friend (worked for slp 15 yrs) is going to tune it claimes he can tune it for a 3.4 with no knock so we shall see

Hey man we are just trying to save you some money.... ALOT of money. Chipping a piston or pistons will cost you proably more than your car is worth. I'd wait to drop pulley sizes until after you do the rockers, headers, and proably should go with a downpipe, u-bend delete ect. But thats my $0.02.

Resonator does nothing to help exhaust flow...all it does is make your exhaust sound horrible. You still have 2 out of the 3 restrictive parts of the exhaust...the downpipe and the front manifold. Plus...if your car is knocking...its just gonna go slower in the 1/4 anyways than stock.
