Hello! I'm think'in about buying a 06 grand prix gxp with 64,000 miles, its kind of a darker teal color and the previous owner put a magnaflow exaust on it as well they want 14k but i'm thinkin about offering 13.5. I'm wondering if this is priced right? or should I keep looking, also i'm wondering ifthere are any mechanical problems with these cars that are going to start showing up in the 60k mile range I should know about. Any advice on newer gxp's would be great! Thanks - Jason :th_thumbsup-wink:

welcome fellow minnesotan. where you at in MN?

The GXP's are very solid for a v8 fwd car. I have not heard of many things ever going wrong with them. They are great looking cars and have the power to boot. I KBB it and it came out to around 13-13.5k, so I would say that is a good price for one.

Oh thanks, looks like they are right on the money price wise. I took one for a test drive on Saturday just for fun, not really serious about buying it, but it was a really fun car to drive, now I cant get it off my mind :th_laugh-lol3:. Also I want something cool I can drive year around since i'll have to be putting the t/a away in a couple months :(. I live in the Anoka-Ramsey area you?

I'd offer 13 but go up to 13.5k. Keep in mind that there's not alot of aftermarket support for the gxp so don't expect the flexibility of an f-body to mod.
