How do you remove the backseat dome lamp housings?

Hi. First post here. I have a 02 GT sedan, and I want to replace the stock white dome lamps w/ red lights. I got the front lights no problem, they look ill. I'm having trouble wit the back lights tho. How the hell do you get the housing out?? Thanks.
 


What was the easiest way to remove the bulb from in the front dome lights, mine are in the mail and i dont want to mess up. Im kinda clumsy at times:th_jester:

Can you please cut the negativity out, i'm sure alot of people would have gave me crap for not searching it and making a new thread, so lay off and shut it if you dont have advice!!!:th_angry-pissed::th_sign-shutup:

"there are tabs on each end of them. Carefully pop them out."

oh and flowmasters won't sound good on this car...
